How To Get Insurance

We work to make getting the insurance you need as simple, quick and easy as possible. Our agents are available by phone or in person Monday-Friday, from 8:00 AM until 4:30 PM.

The process will be even easier if you have the following information available:

• Your current policies
• Your claims history (3 years prior)
• Information regarding any past bankruptcies or foreclosures

For Commercial Property Policies:

• Location
• Square footage of buildings
• Type of heating system
• Dates of upgrading heating, plumbing & electric systems
• Alarm systems (burglar, fire, etc)
• Descriptions and current value of tools, computers, machinery and/or mobile equipment

For General Liability Policies:

• Annual Sales / Receipts
• Annual Payroll

For Automobile Policies:

• Year, Make and Model
• Vehicle identification number
• Names and dates of birth for ALL operators
• Do vehicles travel out-of-state or out-of-country?

For Workers Compensation Policies:

• Your FEIN (Federal Employer Identification Number) if you have employees
• Annual Payroll
• List of Officers of the Corporation (if applicable)

Also, keep in mind other factors which could affect your premiums.
